    We have found a temporal solution for the FireFox problem described in the previous notice.

    Please perform the following steps to solve the problem:

    • Please insert into the address bar the following text:
      about:config
    • A warning page will appear where you should click on the accept the risk button.
    • Insert the following text into the search bar:
      dom.ipc.plugins.asyncdrawing.enabled
    • Using the mouse doble click please set the parameter value to false.

    We would like to inform you that we noticied a problem with the latest update of the browser Mozilla Firefox (ver. 49.0.2). After the update the Flash Player works very slow in FireFox. Particullarly the messages and text chat area are working slow. Mozilla support is already notified about this issue and all we are waiting for the patch that should solve the problem. For now we recommend to all FireFox users to temporarily switch to another browser. We strongly recommend Google Chrome as it the most stable browser to run the videochat at the moment.
